In order to better serve you and to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask that all patients abide by the following guidelines:

For All Patients

For procedures involving a laboratory fee, we require that a 50% of the total fee be paid at the time treatment is started. The balance will be due either at delivery, or for those with insurance, sixty days later.

For Patients With No Dental Insurance

We require that you pay for your visit at the time services are rendered, unless proper arrangements are made.

For Patients With Dental Insurance

Because it is impossible for us to be familiar with everyone’s dental insurance, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your particular plan. If you will bring us a copy of your benefits, we will be glad to help you with estimates of your coverage.

If you work for an employer whose plan we are familiar with, at the time of treatment we require that you pay only that portion that your insurance will not cover.

If we are unfamiliar with you particular policy, we ask that you pay at least 50% of the fees incurred. If there is later a credit balance after the insurance pays its portion, we will gladly refund the balance to you.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
